Read MoreMy time at Tech Elevator was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Not only does their staff want you to professionally succeed, they care about their students as well. It's hard to believe how much I was able to learn over the 14 weeks. The instructing staff is extremely knowledgable and will always go the extra mile to make sure you are learning and understanding the concepts. The pathway staff is always hard at work trying to weed out more opportunities for TE grads. The current job market is tough, but I was lucky enough to receive an offer through the program's matchmaking a month after graduation. The TE staff will keep working hard for their students to make sure they get a job - but you do tend to get out what you put in.... Read Less
I highly recommend this program to those who are willing to put the work in, are wanting to make a career change, and are wanting to connect with others through the process. I would not have had as good of a time in this program if I had not also invested myself in my fellow classmates. From the very beginning, the course structure and curriculum were tailored to provide hands-on learning experiences. As I delved into the world of React, the concepts I once found daunting became clearer with each week. The guidance and expertise of the instructors were invaluable, and their passion for teaching inspired me to push my boundaries and embrace new challenges fearlessly.
What truly set Nucamp apart was the sense of community that developed among learners. The collaborative nature of the course encouraged us to work together, share ideas, and support one another. We celebrated each other's victories and rallied together during moments of confusion. This supportive environment fueled my motivation and reminded me that I was not alone on this transformative journey.
Throughout the course, I was amazed by the real-world applicability of the projects we undertook. From building interactive web applications to crafting sleek and functional mobile apps with React Native, every task honed my skills and built my confidence. The sense of accomplishment upon completing each project was indescribable and instilled a newfound belief in my abilities.
Beyond the technical aspects, the course taught me the significance of version control using Git and GitHub. This invaluable skill set not only streamlined my development process but also showcased my professionalism to potential employers.
Above all, the sense of personal growth and empowerment I experienced with Nucamp was unparalleled. React and React Native, once elusive concepts, became my creative playground. The course ignited a passion for coding that drives me to explore new possibilities with every line of code I write.
In the end, Nucamp's Front-End + Mobile Development course not only nurtured my love for development but also provided me with a supportive community that feels like a second family.
